fa-language\"><\/i>English Summary<\/h3>\n\n    <p>\n      <strong>J-PARC S-2S Workshop 2026: Frontiers in Nuclear Strangeness (S-2S FINS 2026)<\/strong>\n      was successfully held at Shiga University Auditorium on August 6\u20137, 2026.\n      The workshop was organized to share recent progress in physics experiments using the S-2S spectrometer at J-PARC\n      and to discuss ongoing and future research programs in strangeness nuclear physics.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The S-2S spectrometer is a high-resolution magnetic spectrometer installed at the J-PARC K1.8 beamline.\n      It is a central apparatus for exploring a wide range of nuclear and hadron systems involving strange quarks,\n      including Lambda hypernuclei, Xi hypernuclei, Xi atoms, and Sigma-nucleon interactions.\n      These studies are essential for extending our understanding of nuclear forces to more general baryon-baryon interactions\n      and are also closely connected to dense matter in neutron stars.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The first physics experiments using S-2S, J-PARC E70 for Xi hypernuclear spectroscopy and E96 for Xi atomic X-ray spectroscopy,\n      completed data taking in 2025. Following these experiments, E63, gamma-ray spectroscopy of\n      <sup>4<\/sup><sub>\u039b<\/sub>H, is being carried out.\n      The workshop provided an opportunity to share the current status of data analyses and to discuss future prospects.\n      Preparation status and challenges were also discussed for approved or planned experiments, including E75-1,\n      E94, and E90.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      From the Kyoto University and Shiga University Strangeness Nuclear Physics Group, presentations were given by\n      Kengo Ebata, Teppei Iwamoto, Tomohiro Taniguchi, and Toshiyuki Gogami.\n      The talks covered Xi hypernuclear production, the J-PARC E75 Phase 1 experiment,\n      p-shell Lambda hypernuclear spectroscopy for charge-symmetry-breaking studies,\n      and future prospects for strangeness physics with S-2S.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      The workshop featured broad discussions on the past progress of S-2S experiments,\n      new experimental ideas, detector and target developments, analysis strategies, simulations,\n      and future Letters of Intent and Proposals.\n      It also strengthened collaboration across experimental and theoretical communities and across institutions,\n      helping to build momentum for future nuclear and hadron physics programs using S-2S.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n      Our group is pursuing international collaborative research not only at J-PARC but also at Jefferson Lab in the United States.\n      These projects are driven largely by graduate students and offer many opportunities for master\u2019s and doctoral research,\n      including detector development, target systems, data acquisition, analysis software, simulations,\n      spectrometer optics, and physics analysis.\n      We welcome participation from graduate
